Health Warranty Agreement

1. Dandi Puppies does everything it can to make sure your puppy is healthy.  To validate the Health Warranty Agreement, you must take your puppy for a "well puppy visit" to a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of pick up or delivery (unless other agreements have been made in writing by Dandi Puppies).  This timeframe begins counting from the time the puppy leaves our kennel or care.  This exam is mandatory because it confirms the puppy was not injured or sick at the time of purchase.
2. Our Health Warranty Agreement covers congenital and hereditary conditions for 60 days and viral illnesses, injuries and physical defects for 15 days from date of pick up or delivery.  If conditions or symptoms appear within these allotted timeframes and it is determined they occurred prior to pick up or delivery of your puppy you have the right to choose one of the following remedies:                A) Return the puppy for a full refund of the original purchase price of the puppy not including any shipping, transport or delivery fees.  B) Replace the puppy with a puppy of similar breed and value.  All shipping, transport and delivery fees would be the buyer's sole responsibility.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              C) Retain the puppy and receive reimbursement for reasonable veterinary fees related specifically to the covered issue(s) not to exceed the original price of the puppy not including any shipping, transport or delivery fees. 
3. Once the puppy is returned to the care of Dandi Puppies' kennel Dandi Puppies has 30 days to provide you with a refund or replacement.  The sick puppy must returned to Dandi Puppies before your refund or replacement puppy can be processed.  all shipping, transport and delivery costs will be at the buyer's sole expense.  Should death occur as a result any of the covered items, Dandi Puppies will, at its sole discretion, have a veterinarian of its choosing perform a necropsy to determine cause of death and if this cause of death is covered by this Health Warranty Agreement.  All shipping, transport and delivery fees will be at the buyer's sole expense.
4. Parvo, Distemper and Rabies are life threating diseases to your puppy!  Although your puppy has received initial age appropriate vaccinations, you must consult your veterinarian to complete the series and verify if any other vaccinations may be required for your geographic area and have your puppy receive them.  Always use extreme care to not allow your puppy to socialize with other animals and do not allow your puppy outside or contact surfaces where unknown animals may have left feces, bacteria, viruses or other contagions until all shots and vaccines have been given to your puppy.  This includes, but is not limited to pet stores, veterinary offices, dog parks, dog training classes or any places where sick animals may be or have been present.  Holding your puppy on your lap or confined to a closed crate are best practices.
5. Dandi Puppies does not take responsibility for cases of minor illnesses and conditions such as: Giardia, Hypoglycemia, skin irritations, colds, flu, allergies, mites (ears, eyes or others), infections, parasites, worms and other minor illnesses and conditions.
6. Dandi Puppies is never responsible for veterinarian bills or medical supplies the buyer may incur except for what is outlined in section 2 of this agreement.
7. If Dandi Puppies finds itself to be solely responsible for the conditions listed in section 2 of this agreement the compensation to the buyer will limited to one of the three options listed in section 2 of this agreement.  No other refunds are promised or implied. 
8. All sales are final.  There are absolutely no refunds except for those listed in section 2 of this agreement. 
9. This Health Warranty Agreement is for the original buyer and is never transferable to a third party.
10. It is understood that Dandi Puppies assumes no control over the health of the puppy once it leaves our kennel or care.  It is further understood that all the guidelines listed herein must be strictly adhered to and completes on schedule and the puppy must not be abused or neglected in any way or this Health Warranty Agreement automatically becomes null and void.
